Frank Luby has over 20 years' experience in business strategy consulting, including eight years as a partner in a leading pricing consulting firm. He has worked in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He is also an experienced journalist, with publications and citations in The Wall Street Journal, Billboard, and Financial Times, and over 100 published reviews as a free-lance music critic. Frank co-authored the book Manage for Profit, Not for Market Share (Harvard Business School Publishing, 2006). In his free time, he works on his own writing projects and serves as a disaster relief volunteer.
